Will all the team members will get individual certificates of participation or we will get it as a team whole?

The certificates will be awarded to individual participants with team name on it.

 

 

Reimbursement Procedure:-

To claim reimbursements, after you arrive on campus, you will need to fill up a form available at the registration desk. You will get reimbursement within 45days from the event date (i.e. 18-Jan-09). We will mail a cheque in your name for the corresponding amount.

 

 

Since we would arrive from Chandigarh and if we come in two or more trains with the final destination as Calicut then whether we will get reimbursement?

You will get reimbursement for 2^nd Class train travel via shortest possible route between Chandigarh & Calicut. If there is a direct train from Chandigarh to Calicut, we will reimburse an equivalent amount to you.

 

 

Note:-

All reimbursements can be claimed only on producing the original ticket. Hence, please preserve the ticket and submit it at the registration desk on campus.
